We
flew from Flint into Detroit Metro, and it was my first opportunity to
see the Northwest terminal. It was really nice, and I even got to ride
the monorail they had. It sure reminded me of the LEGO monorail we have
in MichLUG's layouts. And Chris Leach did a bang up job of creating this
in LEGO. Nice job Chris! |

Boy,
talk about hot. We were here about 7:30PM in the evening, and the
terminal was facing west, and the sun was pouring in, and it was pretty
miserable, and no shade to be found. |

is where we stayed at, the resort Villas of Fantasy World - this picture
is to show that almost everyday, Florida goes from sunny to stormy
quickly. |

is our rental car, A Chevy Malibu. It was nice, but it was no Tahoe!! I
had a 3 point system of entering / exiting as I was the main driver. |
